So i have forgotten my pin, and i tried calling *611 and 1-866-995-6636 multiple times, like you have suggested, but everytime i do, i listen to three or four automated messages which then proceed to ask me for my 4-6 digit pin, Im trying to find my pin, but they keep asking for it and wont even let me talk to a service rep so i can figure out what it is, please help.

Call from a landline by dialing 1-866-995-6636 and you won't be asked for your pin. Follow the prompt to talk to a rep. If you're lost, keep pressing 0 until you get someone.

Any time I have called in, I have never been asked by the IVR for the security pin.

As mentioned above, just call, with Customer Service you will be able to recover the PIN, a couple of questions and they will disclose it for you... If you fail to answer those questions, you will be referred to the store with 2 pieces of ID to validate your information on the account...

You'll need to drop two quarters into a payphone. It almost went to a buck.

If you forget the phone security password then try default code like 0000 or 1234 to reset it .If it doesn't reset your mobile then visit http://www.unlock-free.com here they provide master reset code for some Nokia DCT phone and Alcatel old mobile models at free of cost using this code you can reset your mobile and again set a new password.
