3rd party charge block

Hi all

I would like to add a 3rd party charge block on my account. Can this be done with koodo..

No. You'll have to do it yourself. It can usually be done by texting "STOP" to the phone # that they come from but if you're having difficulty then call Koodo and get the company's name. Contact the company and have them stop. Koodo might be able to waive the fee once but they can't stop it for you,

I believe Koodo does now have the ability to block premium messaging on an account but, to my knowledge, it will block ALL short codes, including free ones like those used in many cities for transit updates.

As per Jonathan just reply "stop" to any unwanted 3rd party charges that you didn't sign up for. If they don't I think there is a place online where you can report them and then they risk being dropped from all the phone companies' approved list and most likely go out of business so it's not in their interest to piss people off.
