Whats wrong with my bill? I had 35 plans only 4days I used and i changed my plan which is 49 plans. When I changed 49 plans..the guy who gave me this special promotion explained me about the bill that will be prorated depending on how long i had 35 plans. I just had it fot 4 days but i had to pay 47 bucks yesterday for 35plans with some tax. As a result, I paid it. Anyway, Whats happening to me? Why did i have to pay money for 35bucks? I only had it 3days or 4days and changed plans with no issues. Please help me out!

@Jihyung, your was bill indeed prorated as per Paul above. The bigger issue is that you are on an out of province plan which you are not eligible for. Please choose a in market plan, in your province by Wednesday of this week. If you can't, we will help you change plans. I hope this explains things.

This is a public community, you would need to contact Koodo in order to have a refund.

I don't think they will give you money back first.  You have to change your plan first, then they will adjust the amount of your bill.

There is no money refunded. Things are automatically adjusted when a plan gets changed. What plan would you like?

How did you change to the out of province plan?  Did you use a 3rd party?
