2 phones 1 account, but 1 phone hidden in profile

Why can't I see both of my phones on the same account? I have my husband's phone and my phone under the same userid and koodo self-serve account and I can only see the one phone. I am trying to swap my phone but I don't see any way to do this because I only see my husbands phone. Anyone know how to get this fixed without service fees?

There should be a drop down in the top right with the phone numbers

If that is not there feel free to call Koodo. Since you cannot see it on self serve there are no service charges for them to fix this for you

You mean 2 phone numbers/ plans under 1 account, right?
When you login to your self-serve account, you will see your husband's (or your) name and phone number on top right on the page. Click on the phone number and the other number will appear below.
