Hey, I'm looking to download two versions of the same game, so that I can have two different log-ins. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app and switch the account(about twice a day), and on my friends iPhone, I was able to copy the app in iTunes, rename it and a couple files, and put it back on the phone, and it worked as a seperate app.

I'm wondering: Is there a place I can access the app files to do that on the Galaxy? Or are they all locked?

i'm not sure that you will bw able to do the same thing on your Galaxy S2. But you can try Samsung Kies to backup your apps, then try renaming the game as you did in iTunes. If that works then you got what you need, otherwise i do not know another way to do such thing on Samsung Glaxy S2x

Ya might be able to do it with a file exploring app such as Powergrasp if you can find the file your looking for, I'm not sure as I've never tried this or even heard of someone doing this before. I know Google is working on having multiple users ability in a future update of the Android OS though.
Here's the link to the file manager/explorer app I use that you could try https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...
That's excellent Paul, that looks like something that could help. I'll look into it tonight.
I found the file ".com.[developer].[appname].asec" in .andriod_secure folder, had to use an SDK emulator to view the files and edit them, but it looks to have worked... Will find out later. All this so that my friend can have a save separate from mine on my phone in a game... really...?

Thanks guys.
