I got my phone in Sept.2013, when the 24 month guarantee was around. I just got the 24th bill for Sept.2015 and I still have a negative tab. What gives?

Wait until next month and it should be zero

I had 24 tab deductions from October 2013's bill to September 2015's bill. So it should be this last bill that should've been deducted. It's a 24 month guarantee, not 25 month. I got the phone in Sept.2013 and my 24 months are done. I'm ticked that Koodo is making this so difficult.

When did you sign up?

The first billing cycle is a pro rated partial month.

But if you want to call Koodo to ask you can. *611. It's a free call from your Koodo cell

It will be deducted when you pay your Sept Bill.   That would be your 24th Tab payment.
Your next bill would be zero tab :)
