I got the Samsung s4 yesterday with the 35$ plan which is supposed to include 200 anytime minutes, and when I look at my usage on the koodo website, it says i only have 60 minutes....please tell me how to get this fixed!
Looks like your first full month starts in about 9 days. All Koodo accounts start off with some small number of days before the regular billing period starts. Your minutes are pro-rated for that week or so. Have a look on self serve, I'll bet you billing period starts the 6 or 7 of April.
