2 hours to speak with Customer Service?

Absolutely ridiculous wait time to speak with someone who can help me. I've tried to call at different times of the day and still no success. How can you do business like this? Sorry Koodo, if this is how you treat customers then I think it might be time to find another company to support. Terrible, awful customer service.

Can they make an exception for me to get the 10 gb plan for $60. I know the offer is expired but I have been trying to get it for a while now

I might switch to Freedom Mobile if I can't get this offer from Koodo, they have a deal for $50 that comes with 10 gb of data. I have no tab so I can port my number anytime

I'm trying to get the 10 gb promo plan for $60, but the offer is expired now so I can't get it. I have been calling repeatedly since Sunday but I can't speak to anyone because my call gets disconnected after 2 hours of being on hold! I should be getting the plan, even though the promotion has expired. Someone tell me what to do..

How do I contact the loyalty department? I need to convince them to give me the $60 plan that comes with 10gb, even though the offer is expired because I have been trying to get it for several days..
