100 min talk and text

Hello. I have the $30 CAN 100 min Talk and text plan. Therefore it includes 100 "anytime" minutes. Do outgoing AND incoming calls between 8am and 5 pm count towards these 100 mins? Also, is it 5 pm or 7 pm? Thanks.

Yes, both incoming and outgoing count towards your 100 anytime minutes. And depends when you got your plan, but I don't think any of those offered 5pm calling so its most likely 7pm

Actually, based on the plan name you posted, you should have 5 PM evenings. Keara, can you log into your Self Serve? If you check the plans and add-ons section there it will give you a breakdown of your included features.

Actually, if you check the current plans there is a plan CAN Talk & Text 100 min for $29 that has evenings and weekends from 5pm to 8am following morning.

Its not much of a saving but its some, and you can always make the plan change using self serve. Curtules had a good idea on checking self serve for details of the plan that will tell you everything you need to know.
