We just signed up for the Canada-Wide Talk + Text 20 plan but were told that we had 100 anytime minutes per month. Looking on the bill though, it now seems that we've only got 20. Was there a promotion that wouldn't match the bill?

If you just signed up your minutes are prorated until the end of the billing cycle. If you were alotted 20 minutes, that would be in 6 days. After that your minutes will reset to the full 100.
