1000 LD minutes don't appear on my account

I added a new phone to my account last week with the $50 2gb promo that was on which was to include 1000LD minutes.  It doesn't look like it is on my account when I view it online or on the Koodo app....  how do I get this corrected?

Hi Kate - when you go into self-serve and select to view your current rate plan, it should be listed under 'Your monthly add-ons'. Do you see it listed there?

Hi Ranjan, I have the same problem here. I could not see 1000 international LD under my monthly add-ons. Could you please help me with this?

Hi Joee - I see that the long distance add-on is missing, but you're actually on an out of province plan that you're not eligible for. You will need to switch to plan available to you from your home province.
