Today I upgraded to a new phone with a $48 plan with Koodo from Bestbuy Saskatoon. I couldn't see the 1000 international minutes and 1GB bonus data added on my account. Should I have to wait more for those to appear? Thanks
When you log into self serve and check "view my plan", it should say the name included bonus data like this- Your Plan $50 : 1GB + 1GB BONUS Shock-Free data, Or Your Plan $48 : 5GB + 1GB BONUS Shock-Free data...
And your 1000 min should be under the add on section. If you don't see them on the self serve plus your contract paper, then I would go back to BB and ask them to fix it. I think I saw a post that said a rep have to add LD minutes manually.
If they say they can't fix it at the store, then contact Koodo *611 from your phone or send a message through Koodo Facebook.
