Are u talking about overages VS the data on a plan? The reason is everyone is different and not everyone wants to pay the extra 10$ for a higher plan, but can afford an extra 5$ for 250MB of data if they need to. Its called having something for everyone. And it is absolutely okay, because its not cheating anyone, its not deceitful, its straight up and honest as its displayed right on the page where u pick your plan as to what ur getting. If you dont wanna pay 20$ for an extra GB in overages, than change your plan for an extra 10$. definitely dont see a joke here.

Lmao. Right!! So I did... I'm actually a new customer thanks. We have 3 lines. To see my son for the past 3 months paying 20 dollars when he could had only paid 10... I don't have a lot of time or energy to put into looking things up on line... I am very ill and don't have proper functions of my hands. So I get Chad that you are sticking up for koodo however not everyone has the same story. So think outside the box to why may be one can't do the online thing. Thanks for your reply

I'm not sticking up for Koodo. Just because you see Mobile Master doesn't mean I have loyalty to Koodo. I'm a customer I call it as I see it. What do u mean one can't do the online thing? If Ur online here, you can go to self serve and change your plan. If ur complaining about paying the overage for data. Then honestly you should change plans to one with more data, it only makes sense and that's exactly what I had to do.

All Chad is saying is that you can pick a plan that suits your needs better. Overage is supposed to be something you rarely use because you just happened to go over one month. If your consistently going over then its just saying you need to change your plan to one that includes more. And they even give a better price for the extra data vs overage in order to help make the decision to upgrade plan easier.
