First I questioned the crew at the Koodo Kiosk yesterday - because I was there;  Then i started calling this morning - the 866 line and the *611;  I started dialing at 8:30am (hopefull) and finally got an answer at 5:26pm - 103 attempts to get thru over the course of the day;  All the *611 calls ended with a Can't Connect - 3 times I got thru only to be placed on hold by the system and then be hung up on;

Then the voice of an Angel belonging to a Koodo Rep by the name Katarina (maybe Katrina - I was too excited!) answered my call;  VERY polite and helpful and within a few minutes I was upgraded.

I have been with Koodo for 6 years - added Koodo Home Phone earlier this year - and will remain a loyal Koodo customer because their service is EXCELLENT !!!

I have seen numerious Nasty comments by clearly impatient people posted here today, and to them, "Take a Chill Pill";  Slamming Koodo and their reps isn't going to get you anywhere, whereas patience and a sense of humor will.

When I was able to get through, I was on for 2 hours.  I haven't been able to get through since.  I will keep on trying.  Now they say they can't help anymore today as it is after hours.  Hopefully they will let us try again tomorrow if our records show that we were trying again today.
