"You're still waiting to be approved" message when trying to login

I signed up for the 10GB plan on Tuesday, transferring from Telus to Koodo and I received an account # and new temporary 10 digit phone number and was told to activate sim card through koodo self serve.. however, when I try to login to self serve, I get the following message "You're still waiting to be approved. Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. "

This is my first time ever signing up for koodo and I phoned in 3 times and each time I am told "we will look into it and call you back". Three days later it still is not working and I am not able to activate my SIM/use my phone. Very frustrating!

This indeed was painful. I would call again, and ask them a timeline. I think they would just need to reset the email and account linkages.
