"we were unable to validate your credit card"

Hello,
I asked a question a few days ago but I'm in trouble again. Can I pick your brains? X(

I purchased SIM card ($45/mo plan) online on 21st of June. 
And I've received a e-mail today:
When reviewing your order #**********, we noticed a mismatch in your credit file information that we were unable to validate; as a result, we had to cancel your order. (...) For additional information and to protect your privacy, we advise contacting Equifax or TransUnion directly. Please note that we would not be able to approve any further order placed under your name and information until this mismatch is cleared.
Possible reasons for "a mismatch" are as follows:
I've lived in Banff and I use a POBox. So I entered an address of POBox for billing and shipping information. However, my home address which has been registered for credit card(CIBC VISA) is different. Should I use a street address, not use the POBox?
They also recommended visiting Koodo shop but I know if I activate SIM card at shop, I have to pay a $30.00 connection fee.
I'm very confused. Has anyone experienced like me?

Your mailing address for shipping must match your credit card billing address

You have to use the same address that you have linked to your credit card.

OMG I must use the street address. I don't think Canada post delivery to my apartment...
I may go to the shop.

Koodo's system is linked to Canada post's billing address system. If your address is accepted by Koodo then canada post should be able to deliver it to you.
In store works as well though.
