"Waiting to be approved" Got Stuck - Helps!!!

Joined Koodo today.
Initial Koodo email to my yahoo mailbox said: "We’ve noticed that when you activated your Koodo phone, you provided the same email address that you use to access another account. Did you know you can link both accounts to the same email address?" So I tried to register with yahoo but the system won't let me. So I went with gmail...

Edit: Btw, I never used Koodo before to my knowledge sooo not sure how I could have another account...

Now when I sign into Koodo with gmail, error says "You're still waiting to be approved. Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved." Signing into Koodo with yahoo goes nowhere.

Looked around online and the usual tip is to message Koodo on Facebook. Did that today around 4:40PM PST and still waiting.

Also saw some people say try "reset password" thru the original email (yahoo in this case) but that didn't get me any results.

Soooooooooooooooooo I'm guessing it's problems from high volume sales during Black Friday weekend? What else should I do other than waiting on Koodo from Facebook messenger?

I would wait a bit, and check your all of your mailbox regularly (including spam, bulk mail...). It could be issues with activation system that they haven't activated you.

Just wait for a response on Facebook. By the sounds of it you've linked 2 emails to one account so you will need a rep to reset this for you. Due to the black Friday sales they will be a little slower answering on Facebook but they will get back to you, (probably some time tomorrow).

Glad to hear all is well now Elaine!  Out of curiosity, did the folks at the TELUS store tell you that an email was sent to the email address you gave at the store? That included a link that would have finished your self serve registration. Sounds like you strted the registration from scratch and that is why the message told you that we already had an email on file.
