I decided to switch to Koodo and am bringing over my own unlocked phone. I ordered the SIM online last week, received it today. I had no problem creating an account for the purpose of ordering a plan and the SIM, but now that I received the SIM, my I cannot access the self serve account. I get a “too many redirects error”. It doesn’t matter whether I use my laptop, desktop, iPad or phone... same error. Doesn’t matter whether I use Chrome, Firefox or Safari... same error. Doesn’t matter whether I use my home Wifi (Rogers), my workplace internet or mobile data (Telus)...same error.
Not sure what went wrong, but a little frustrated since this is my first impression of this company.
