"Refer a friend" issues

One of my "Friends" is asking what to do next to get the credit. He registered with the email Koodo sent him after I entered his name and email address. He went and picked up his new phone, SIM card and registered the phone. Now he is asking what to do next. The "refer a friend" website says his status is "awaiting account number". What is the next step?

It said in the refer-a-friend website "After activation, your friend needs to log back into the referral system and provide their mobile phone number". https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/common/rules.pg
So your friend needs to comeback to the referafriend and activate the offer.
