This is maddening... I purchased a prepaid samsung galaxy discover in january and used it for a couple of months. I didn't have the money to keep on topping up so I didn't for several months. I'm pretty sure my self serve account was deactivated so I can't log in. I also cannot create a new self serve account because the warning email said that I would lose my number and the registration asks for my phones number. I also tried topping up by calling *611 and my phone says emergency calls only. Also when I try to recover my self serve account I request a password change , change my password and then it says that my password is wrong. Can anybody please tell me what to do?
