New customer here. I'm getting above message when trying to login. I called and fb messaged Koodo, but the wait time at the moment is just too long. Would appreciate any representative to help me asap!

Sending a private message via social media is your best bet as a rep will need to reset your self serve. With the recent promo this weekend Koodo has been over whelmed (as have other carriers) please be patient and I would expect a reply in a few days
