was it working before? Did you activate your sim card? We need little more info to help you.

You can contact Koodo at (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
They don't charge you for technical support.

Can you make a phone call?
Did you try turn the power off and on?
And/or take the battery and sim out for awhile and put hem back in and turn the power on.

Motorola G. Not supposed to take out battery and yes I tried turning it off. I may try to remove Sim card though if you think it may work?

Ok, don't touch the battery if its Moto G.
And removing sim card works most of the time :)

Your pictures are on the phone's internal memory and won't be affected by removing the sim card.

Could someone from Koodo please call me at my hotel in mexico. The 1-866 # is not working on any pay phone. This is extremely inconvenient! The phone number is 998 272 85 00. Room 421. Why dies it take hours for you to reply?

try going into your settings, under more networks, and manually select one of the networks from the country you are in currently. In addition, if you are out of country and trying to dial 1-866-995-6636 you will need to dial out the country code first.

Hey Rachelle,

The steps Lipty L gave are correct in order for you to try and connect to the network in Mexico. However, to call us you'll have to dial our international number which is 1-647-788-4337 but to not sure if this will work from a payphone. Hope this helps.

Hi, Rachelle.

Are you a prepaid customer or postpaid(monthly)?

If you have a prepaid plan , you can't roaming outside Canada. (I thought you are in Canada and having trouble with text,)
