“Koodo” called and offered a promotion but sounded suspicious . They couldn’t confirm their identity but wanted my info for a credit check even though I have postpaid accounts already. I told the rep I wanted to confirm that I was talking to Koodo before I gave them any personal info but they said they had no way to do that. This was for the prepaid to postpaid switch with anytime unlimited calling and messages for $25 month. Sounded too good to be true. Why would they treat me like a new customer when I’ve been with them for years?
