I think that once a thread has been checked as answered, the thread should be locked so no further comments can be made on it. With this, certain people should be able to mark thread as answered, Koodo Reps, Employees, Mobile Masters maybe or maybe even make a new group of people who just Moderate the forums. In doing all of this it will clean the forums up a bit and allow a space for answered and unanswered questions so that each question can be properly attended to and stops people from reviving old threads.

Deciding when a question has been answered can be a little arbitrary. But definitey, any thread older than a certain amount, say 6 months, should become locked. There are often changes in service or procedures that make the original solutions obsolete or misleading.

The 2-year-old chestnut of which frequencies Koodo supports is more accurately answered by sending the questioner to willmyphonework.net than by sifting through the pages and pages of older material.
