I'm a new user to Koodo.  Trying to set up my billing preferences.  I'm successfully logged in as a member.  When I try to  click on the link to set up the payment preferences (no matter what browser I'm using, and on all devices) all I get is this "Bad Request  Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port. Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please."  Help please.

And I can't even use the link above to email Koodoo...the exact same message.

ARGH!  (I've also cleared the cache, and history already)

Any thoughts?

Hello Alison,

If you tried different browser and devices, there might be a problem with your account. Try in private browsing mode, if that doesn't work I'd contact Koodo.

You mean this button Allison?

It seems to work on our end. It may have been a temporary server glitch. Either on your internet provider's side or somewhere else in the connection.

The link seems to work today, but won't accept my credit card that I use EVERYWHERE.  It has advised me to call some service number to set up my pre-authorization, which has also said my type of credit card is not accepted by Koodo.  How is VISA not accepted?  I remain on hold...will I get a live person???

There could be a few reasons...one of the main ones if the address we have on your account doesn't match what the credit card billing address is. Send us a private message on Facebook and we can look into it a little deeper.
