"An error occurred while logging in. Log in." When trying to check tab balance against buying a new phone on website.

Trying to check my tab balance which should be around $100 in my favor against buying a new phone on the website. Whenever I try to log in to check it it gives me the ""An error occurred while logging in. Log in." message.

I've tried different browsers and online using an old phone on wifi, exact same error.

My original phone was paid off when I bought it outright a few years back and my bill is currently around $100 with a suspension I placed on it due to my phone being broken.
