I'm looking at the Pixel 128GB when I am signed in to self serve vs. when I am not signed in. When I am NOT signed in, it shows there would be a $300 activation credit. In that case, I know that if I were to cancel my plan at some point, I would be on the hook for the remainder of the tab balance but not the activation credit.

However, when I'm signed in, it shows $400 (instead of $300) described as "Additional offer discount" on the checkout page, and I'm assuming there is some extra $100 deal I get for being an existing customer or something like that. But, I am wondering if I decide to cancel my plan at some point in the next 24 months, will I be on the hook for any or all of this $400 discount? Is it the same as with the activation credit, which you are not on the hook for if you cancel?

You have to stay a koodo customer for 90 days to not have to pay back the activation credit, cancel before that and your on the hook for that amount. You have to pay back the tab amount in full at the time of cancelling within the 24 months the tab amount is spread over.
Not sure what the other discount is but is it possible it's a tab credit you had?

I do have a positive tab credit but it is not part of the $400, it is listed separately from that. I've gotten the occasional offer via text message from Koodo offering me a $100 credit when I upgrade my phone, so I would assume it's probably that added on to the $300 activation fee?

Yeah it's definitely that then, so stay with koodo for the 90 days at the very least and your good you'll just have to pay back the tab amount still owing at the time of cancellation.
