$75 off any phone is not showing up online. It was about an hour ago but now is not. Does anyone know why?

I also had the same offer till January 31st, I got the LG G5 because it was offered for $285. 
The issue you mentioned happened to me as well. To see the offer again, log out from self serve and log back in after few hours. The promo will appear again.
But I am not entirely sure when will Koodo apply $75 off the Tab. I called Koodo and they said it would take about a week or around the time you activate your phone after you receive it.
