$7.00 was charged at the first day of my monthly plan

I changed my plan as Koodo $45 monthly fromFido but it seems $7 was charged right after using the plan like below.
Could you tell me why that is?

I am not sure, the staff in that shop processed all the thing and he gave my handset back to me after that.
Plan must have been set before I got it back.

And what do you mean "from Fido"?
Did you just signed up with Koodo from Fido...?

Right, I used Fido plan before and then I signed up with Koodo in Koodo shop with $45 monthly plan.

So, you just see it on your usage page?
If you are brand new customer, then you are likely don't get this data charge on your first bill.
You can wait till see your first bill.  And if there is a charge for this set up/sign up, then I would contact them.

Does your new Koodo plan include data?

If your plan includes data, and you haven't gone over your limit then it could be a glitch. I would suggest you contact Koodo directly in that case (call 611 or send messages to their facebook/twitter).
