$60 for 10gb plan not applied to account

My sister called into Koodo customer service to get the offer for the $60 10gb deal. The customer service rep on the phone said that the changes had been made. We had to pay off our tabs and we did that in order to get the deal. The new plan was applied to my phone but not my sister's plan. Is there a certain amount of time that it may take for the new plan to be in effect? Or do I have to get back on the phone with customer service?

AFAIK, the plan should appear on your account if you have it.
