I have activated a plan for $55 on March16th. But my last month billing cycle ended on March 17th. Unknowingly I have activated that plan prior to a day before my cycle ends. Now I hav been charged $55 on my last month bill (for march 16-17).So that do I have to pay again on April month too? Can you please change that plan from March17?

The plan charges are charged one month in advance each month. Your next bill will be 55$ for May and then any overage charges, etc from. April.

If you check your previous bills you'll see you're always charged for the next months service.

I hope that answers your question.

But I am using monthly customer. So that I pay for what I used. Are you sure that the next month billing is for April month plan?

Please ignore the fact that the following video is about someone's first bill, as proration happens whenever you change plans if the plan change isn't exactly on your billing cycle:

You also see a credit from old plan too (for march 16-17) since you paid it in advance.
It's always recommended to change your plan close to end of your cycle to minimize proration.

Yes, I can see proration charge for (March 16-17) $3.54. As well as $55 as my plan rate. I'm confused about this $55 is for March 17 to April 17? If it's will they charge for May month on my April month bill? But I'm monthly customer.

All of your monthly bills for services work this way.

You've always paid your cable/ sat, Internet, cell phone for the next month forward.

A quick look at your previous bills will show this as well.

That's why when you first started, your first bill was a bit higher than subsequent bills. It's called Prorationing.

So the bill you get Next will be for April 17 to may 17 plus any overage you had from the previous billing cycle and applicable taxes.
