Hello, I am on the $55 plan (1+1 free GB data, unlimited calls, no 1000 min international calls) that I got in the Back to School deal. From the Boxing week deal, I found that there is now a $55 plan (3 GB, 500 minutes calls, 1000 min international calls) and a $50 plan (2GB, 500 minutes call, 1000 min international calls) plan. The deal ends today. What suggestion do you have? Based on the past 4 months usage, I use less than 2GB/month. The most airtime I had is about 260 minutes/month. I cannot predict if I will go over the 500 minutes later. Is the $50 plan still a better deal?

You won't get the 1000 minutes with a plan change, only a new activation or device upgrade. So $5 per month might be cheap insurance against a long set of calls one month.

Really that is up to you... if you can get by with less than 2GB, get the $50 plan. If you want to be a little more future proof, get the $55 plan.

Thanks. How much do they charge per extra minute if I go over the 500 minutes limit?
