$50 Gift

I recently purchased a new phone and plan from Koodo. It says that I receive a free $50 gift. I never received anything in the mail with my phone or when I activated the phone. Can someone please let me know what I need to do next.

Hi Andrew, sometimes the gift is shipped separately. Can you provide your order number starting with HFO? One of our employees can check to see if something else is going on.
