$50.00 prepaid base plan- unlimited Canada wide calling. Do I need to add voice booster?

I currently have the $15.00 prepaid base plan with data and voice boosters. The phone I have is the BlackBerry Q5. I'm considering switching to the $50.00 a month unlimited Canada wide calling. So that means you don't need voice boosters for this plan?

I have plenty of voice booster minutes on my account now. Would it be best to use them up before switching?

I'm not sure how it works. Thank you for your help!

The 50$ plan comes with unlimited minutes, there is no need for you to get a voice booster. You don't have to use up all your existing minutes, they will stick around so if you ever go back to a base plan that does not have any minutes, you will still have some.

Thank you Mathieu! :) I forgot the voice boosters don't expire.

As long as don't let your phone become inactive for more than 90 days, you can keep them forever! :D

Inactive as in not using your phone for calls etc for 90 days?

Inactive as in not renewing your base plan for 90 days
