I have been a member for over two years and have been on the $40 plan with 200MB. I just noticed tonight that the plan is now 500MB. Shouldn't I be able to get 500MB?? I've been paying and going over my 200 and have been getting charged for going over and here the updated plan is 500!

As long as you pay off any negative Tab you owe, you can switch to it. Koodo changed the subsidy system earlier this year so the new plans are incompatible with old Tabs (if you have one).

Try changing it in Self Serve first. If you get an error or it doesn't work, call in to customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and they can do it for you with no charge.
