I think I found the answer, with the $35 plan you get 100 minutes so the time you are using the phone for outgoing calls during off hours (weekdays before 5pm) counts against the 100 minutes.

You are correct. Is this an old 35 plan? The current one is 300 minutes. If I recall correctly, keep in mind that includes incoming calls as well. I want to say that is the case if it doesn't specify unlimited incoming....

I don't see a $35 plan with only 100 min.   Where are you seeing this and for what Province?
or as Goran asked, is it an Old plan?

I was looking on the web site under the plans and some where I saw 100 minutes.  I'm in Ontario.

Hi, I changed my province to ON.

If you're speaking about a postpaid plan, for 35$ per month you have:
-300min (incoming and outgoing combined - 1800 toll free counts towards your minutes - calling voicemail counts towards your minutes)
-300MB
-unlimited international text
-voicemail...

as for the calls, you have unlimited during the peak hours mentioned and weekends
and you can call all of Canada in whichever province you are (so if you change provinces, you won't get charged extra) (CANADA-WIDE)

Hope I helped!
