I signed up for plan $30 for 100MB shock free minutes with $5/100MB additional and printed the screen with the plan information but confirmation email now says the plan is $30 for 100MB & additional $10/100MB? What gives?

Hi CC,

If you signed up for the plan when it was 5$/100mb then you would get that rate. Koodo can change the plans afterwards but you get to keep whatever you had signed up for.

Thank you Mathieu. Odd thing is, I signed in to my account and it now says $30 plan with $10/100MB additional. I printed what I signed up for and it says $5/100MB. I don't want to be charged the wrong rate. Wonder if I should call but since they charge per call I didn't want to add unnecessary charges to my bill. Makes me want to switch carriers tbh.

I believe it is shock free data, not shock free minutes. A call or Facebook PM should straighten it out in short order.

*edits text to "shock free data"* LOL not a big deal but go ahead and alert the cavalry if necessary...
