Hi, I signed up for the boxing day plan (6GB and $10 credit for 12 months). I was told the credit would appear on the second billing cycle. Got the bill today and still no credit. Please advise!

The promise was for the second or third month. There have been a number of individuals asking the same question here in the past few days, and the answer has been check next month, and if not applied, send a Private message through Koodo's Facebook page to get it sorted.
