Hello Anne-Marie, I am not 100% sure what you mean by zero balance, but I will assume you are referring to you tab balance. Yes you are able to get an iPhone with your tab. However, depending on the tab you choose you will have to pay more money upfront. For example, if you have a tab small and don't want to upgrade to a tab large or tab medium then you can only take 150$ off of the price for the iPhone and you will be required to pay the remainder of the phone's price. If you get a Tab medium then you can take off up to 300$ off of the price of the phone and put it on your Tab. Getting a Tab medium will also cost you an additional 5$ per month until the tab's balance reaches 0$. If you decide to get a Tab large, then you can take up to 500$ off of the price of the phone and put it on your Tab. Getting a Tab large requires you to get a tab large plan and costs an additional 10$ per month until the tab's balance reaches 0$. It all depends how much money you want to put upfront for the iPhone and wether or not you want to keep your current plan. I do believe with tabs small and medium you are able to keep your existing plan, but as I said the large requires a large plan. Hope this helps!
