wrong bill amount.


Hello,

my phone was broken on December, so I order one preowned online and I was supposed to pay off previous one on next bill. then they emailed me the preowned is not available anymore, however they already charged my tab. so I went to Koodo booth in Micmac mall and talked to them and the lady called and made my remaining balance Zero as I didn't get the preowned. I got a huawi phone and she asked me about the insurance for 9 dollar and I accepted. I returned the phone before 2 weeks and got iPhone 8 and payed the difference. this bill come with Three Tab for15 dollar each and 9 dollars Adds on plus my normal amount and payoff amount. I don't understand why they charged me 3 tabs??and 9 Adds on?

Have you checked your pdf bill? Normally if they refunded correctly, they would have to refund the 1st Tab charge $15 amount. I would check your page3 and page 4 of your pdf bill.

If they weren't there, you need to contact Koodo directly and ask for a fix. You could send them a message through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback.
