Why won't the 'Reset Button' for my voicemail password work?


I went on self-serve because I forgot my voicemail password. I went through the process on registering and found the voicemail tab. When I clicked the 'Reset Button' it didn't do anything at all.

If it doesn't work, you can call koodo and have them reset it for you, just mention that you already tried in self serve and there will be no charge.
