Why offer only base-model iPhones?

Why don't you offer iPhone models with more storage capacity? I would prefer the 64Gb version, or the 32Gb version as a minimum. This is my only gripe with Koodo.

I can only guess but it is likely to keep price parity with the other devices.

The higher storage options are a niche market when it comes to koodo customers, most want the cheapest option available. You can always get the phone elsewhere and bring it to koodo if you don't see the exact option you wish whether it be color, storage size or any other factor. If you do choose to get a phone from say Apple directly you would be eligible for the 10% SIM Only discount which gives you 10% off the price of your plan each month. (your tab must be $0 or into the positive to aquire the discount)

32GB is becoming more standard these days though. It just takes time. There was a point where 8GB was acceptable (which now isn't). Hopefully next year's iPhone 6 will be 32GB-132GB dropping the 16GB version. We can only hope.

32gigs of storage should be the minimum with today's phones.

I can't recall a time when 8 GB was acceptable, but that's just me 🙂. I don't see 16 GB being dropped as the standard anytime soon. The only phones we're seeing 32 GB as the base models are the flagships from struggling manufacturers and even then isn't it usually the case that they throw in 32 GB if they don't have expandable memory? Looking at the HTC One and Nokia Lumia 920.

Give Virgin or Fido a go, same price and much more options 😉
Everyone looks to price first. Even if it was only a few dollars more the majority of the buying public always buys the cheapest priced items.
