Why my Monthly charge has increased?

Did you receive a higher bill? You can check page 3 what the extra amount was for 🙂

It's most likely because you used too much data or minutes. Something along those lines
But I have just started using my connection a few days back

Well in that case it's probably proration. Meaning they calculate from the day you activated up to your first bill cycle date, then the full month. So your first bill may look strange but it should be correct unless you went over or change plans later on midway through a cycle.
