why is my new I phone taking so long to start working

Did you port a number over from a different provider? Sometimes a number port can take a couple hours to go through. Try restarting your iPhone first. Just hold down the Top Lock Button and the Home Button at the same time until the screen goes out and when the Apple Logo comes back on release the buttons. If it still doesn't work after a restart you may want to call customer service. Since your phone wouldn't be working, you can't just dial *611 from your Koodo Phone. You'll have to call the toll free number from another phone. That number is 1-866-995-6636. Hope this helps!
