My plan is 25$. Just recently, it have rise to $74. And I don't have any special plan with it. it's just basic...ughh. Especially, i have login in Self serve and re activated, but unfortunately it wont let me in. I have made a new password and was updated still wont let me in. I just want know this problem and stop this plan, Before it keep on rising more again. Even calling *611 is really fucking useless. Have any of you people had this same situation?

If your plan is only $25/month you probably have limited minutes and no or very little data. To have a $74 bill it is probably from overages. Have a look at their plans and find one that is more suitable for your usage.

If you ever are able to log in to your self serve account you should have a look at your PDF bill. It will explain why you're being charged so much. Page 3 of it is a good page to go over.

@Tenzin : I would suggest you try another browser or try incognito mode for selfserve. For general summary of the account, you could dial 611 and hit 1, it would tell you about payment and account balance. The pdf bill should tell you the detail

If you didn't have access to selfserve, how did you know the planrate raise?

If you had issues with contact Koodo and don't want to wait, you could set up a call back (https://www.koodomobile.com/help/) or send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo).

That the issue, I am not eligible to get on my account. I even try to reset my password. Which I did and it was updated. Then i went back to koodo login and insert my new password, but unfortunately it says it need to be approved, and it was already approved. I really confused and trying to find way what the cause it is effecting before new monthly comes by. I just figuring it will rise again. ughh..

@Tenzin : It sounds like you didn't have access to your selfserve. Have you got an activation email? or your account need a reset from Koodo

I would suggest you contact Koodo through their bot to setup a callback (https://www.koodomobile.com/help/)) or send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo)/twitter to get it done. You need access to your selfserve. The pdf bill there should explain all the detail of your bill.

You are going to have to contact Koodo to fix your log in error with your self serve account. This error happens often so they will know right away what to do to fix it.

Contacting them through Facebook/Twitter is their preferred way of being contacted.

Yea, I'm planning to go to the koodo store itself and figure things out.
Thank you both for your help. 🙂

The likelihood of the store being able to help with this is slim. Take the advice provided above of contacting Koodo directly.
