Why have i not received an invoice for october.


it has been texted to my daughter's phone [778-866-1614] but i asked for an invoice to be sent to my e-mail email address[douglaslouth@shaw.ca]

Login to your self serve and you can check your ebill notification settings.

Via web browser: Login>Change Address>Change Bill Type / Notifications
