Why can't I log in??


I'm trying to check my account online, and whenever I type in my password and email it says: this email is not verified with a Koodo mobile account, but I know that both my password and Email are correct

Hey Tracey! Can you make sure that you are using the right self-serve account (prepaid http://koo.do/RGBIrb for prepaid, and monthly http://koo.do/1TlXgoX if you are a monthly customer)? Keep us posted!

This has never worked for me...
I'm trying to buy a booster & when I try to retrieve my password I get this useless error message (which I have gotten since october.)

Re: Sophia> Not sure what a public mobile account is.  When I signed up w/koodo in October, 2015 it was my first time dealing with them.  My cell # was ported over from rogers.

Ay... very strange........ I have only seen this message when the email was already in the system (Public Mobile and Koodo prepaid use the same server).

I'd call Koodo (611) and ask them to sort this out for you, as Melissa said this definitely should not happen 🙂

I am also having troubles with this now. I just joined Koodo but I had previously made an account before I ported over my phone from TELUS so that I could do research. Please advise, very frustrating.
