who can I contact if I'm over charged?

I'm a prepaid customer, I tried to change my base plan from $50 to $15 because I was only coming up for the weekend, and I've accidentally paid for both. Can I get any of it refunded? I was in Canada for 2 days. I just wanted the $15 base plan with 1GB of data which should have been $45 total and somehow I am being charged $95. I want my money back! Help!!!
