Where is my bill in August?

So there's nothing in self-serve ? Should you normally have a bill generated by this part of the month?

A few customers had their invoice delayed Viktoriia but should be out in the next day or so. I think you might have been in that group.

It's a known issue and Koodo is supposedly working on it and hopefully bills will be sent out later today if possible.

Like it was stated above there's a problem and Koodo's working on it. You should receive your bill in the following days.
Before that, I saw my bill 12-13 each month. Today is 17 but I have no bill for August, I have only for July

Sorry, but I have question again. I have Total due 52.96 But the period is indicated Jun 10 - Jul 9, 2017. The period is correct?

Then your EBill is not updated yet. You need to wait another day or two. Then it should be updated.
