When you pay for something shouldn't you receive those services?


Why when I paid for a plan that includes unlimited texting, and 2gb of data do I have no data, and no text messages will go through or be received? I've waited over 24hours to be sure, am I missing something? Because after not having a phone for a year this is enraging.

What kind of phone do you have? Is anything else not working or just texting? Are you connected to Koodo or does it say no service. Where did you purchase your sim card? Is your sim card in your phone and have you restarted it?
